In the face of "younger" competition, the World Trade Center needed a standout website anchored on an outstanding line. Studying the WTC brand, drawing up multiple mood boards, and consistently engaging with the client led to a strong "Think Beyond The Cubicle." This, in more ways than one, captured the essence of the organization and steered communication in the right direction.
